Word for the Day!
At the start of this school year, my children and I started something that I have wanted to do for years. That is start the day with God’s word. So each morning, Lord willing and I don’t let time get away from me, one of my three children opens the bible and we read whatever scripture they chose. After we read it, we talk about it. The total amount of time is about 5 to 7 minutes. So I want to share with you what the Lord shared with us.

Isaiah 12: 1-3
” And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. 3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.” (KJV)
Even when we did not know God or we chose to turn on backs on God, He still loved us. To know that God is ALWAYS there for us, I can’t even really began to imagine. Remember, God is there for you. If you will lean on Jehovah for your strength and understanding in ever situation, He will guide you through.

1 Peter 2:24
“who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.” (KJV)
Today I needed God to touch my children and we are standing on His word. God’s word does not come back void. God’s word is more powerful than anything on this earth. So today if there is something that you need from God, find the answer in the Bible and stand on that. Faith in God’s word brings the miraculous into your life.
